NETC applies the highest international quality standards during the manufacturing stages, and is always looking for new suppliers of high-quality materials through the application of the supplier qualification and evaluation system stipulated in the ISO 9001 company quality system.

This resulted in the national company obtaining international quality certificates:

1- Type Test Transformer Test Certificate from the French company ASEFA.

2- ISO 9001: 2015 International Quality System Certificate from URS according to the British Accreditation Council UKAS

NETC laboratories are equipped with the latest devices and modern tools that are calibrated periodically to achieve the highest levels of accuracy. All transformers manufactured in NETC are subject to all routine tests in accordance with IEC standards, as follows:

- Measuring conversion ratio and identifying vectors.

-Insulation measurement.

- Measurement of high and low coil resistance.

-Insulation test for high and low voltage.

-Induced voltage test.

- Measuring the losses and current of the camel.

-Measurement of pregnancy loss and hypotension.

Warranty and after sales service

1- All transformers manufactured by NETC are subject to a warranty period against manufacturing defects that is calculated from the date of delivery or from the date of installation as agreed with customers.

2- Our technical team is equipped with the highest capabilities and modern tools to provide technical support to customers at installation sites or maintenance operations if necessary.

3- The sales team is keen to serve all customers in the public and private sectors in Syria, with the possibility of exporting to more than one country.
